Do you have what it takes?

If you love working with fine motor skills and have interests that require precision, such as fly tying, makeup, gaming, or ammunition loading, then you are the one we are looking for!

We know you will thrive and succeed as an assembler/operator at Aimpoint if you have:

✔️ Excellent dexterity
✔️ High concentration and patience
✔️ Ability to understand the whole process and follow routines while being flexible
✔️ A sense of detail
✔️ Accuracy and efficiency in your work

We are looking for someone who:

🔹 Is at least 18 years old
🔹 Expresses themselves fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
🔹 Is willing to provide a criminal record extract
